when the first physical abused happened I told him I want to leave him but i was verbally abused, i was scared.

it happened again. i was pinned down, kneed and elbowed on the face so hard my tongue is cut.
I was pulled by the hair so hard then slammed to the floor. I have a huge bump on my head I got a CT scan.
domestic abuse happens in real life, if you are going though even only verbally abused, please leave her or him. i was a fool who was in love who thought he can change.
im hurt and deeply heartbroken but im done hiding this pain. seek help, free yourself if you can.
verbal abuse to me is worst than physical abuse, scars and bruises go away but the pain inside last forever."
