Ini merupakan album pertama Blur selama 8 tahun.

Salah satu lagu baru yang jadi andalan dalam album The Ballad of Darren milik Blur berjudul "St. Charles Square".

Video musik lagu St. Charles Square sendiri telah dirilis pada 29 Juni 2023 lalu.

Sebelumnya Blur telah mengeluarkan single berjudul "The Narcissist".

Album The Ballad of Darren akan dirilis pada 21 Juli 2023 mendatang.

Blur sendiri merupakan band asal London yang terbentuk pada tahun 1988.

Band Britpop ini terdiri dari 4 personel, yaitu vokalis Damon Albarn, Graham Coxon sebagai gitaris, Alex James sebagai pemain bass, dan drummer Dave Rowntree.
